Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any food items. This includes our meat, platters, sides, sauces, beers & cocktails. If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch directly by email to hello@hickorysathome.co.uk & we’ll be sure to resolve your issue.

Refunds

Our Refund Policy

Our pitmasters take care & attention to smoke all your food & to make sure your order is correct, if we miss something, get something wrong or you’re not happy with your order we’re really sorry and we’ll be sure to sort it for you.
